  • Identifying exactly what you are looking for in a new sales person and what they need to have done successfully to thrive and produce at your company
  • Writing the killer ad that will attract the best candidates for your position – and allow the weaker candidates to opt out before they even apply
  • Sourcing – where to find the best candidates and how to stand out in a crowded field of potential employers
  • Screening – understanding how to tell the difference between sales people who can sell from those who actually will sell

 Here is how the program works:

  1. On September 21st you will attend a live webinar outlining the challenges of hiring strong sales people, and how you can produce better results by approaching it differently.
  2. On September 27th you will start receiving daily lessons to reinforce the webinar content as well as continuing to teach you to improve your hiring skills. The lessons will be sent Monday through Friday at 7:00 am (CST) for 21 straight days.

  • All day training events simply do not work.  This approach will keep the core techniques and strategies at the forefront of your mind without disrupting your day to day activities.
  • The techniques taught in both the webinar and learning track lessons will reveal proven methods to successfully placing an ad, interviewing, selecting, making an offer to the right person and helping them get started.
